ANTIGUA
  • Some of the larger hotels provide dancing, calypso, steel bands, limbo dancers and nighttime barbecues.
  • There are theaters, nightclubs and casinos.
  • The English Harbour area has become the hot spot for visitors because it is reasonably safe in the evenings, especially for women.
  • Julian's in St John's has jazz nights for dancing or casual listening.
  • Copper and Lumber is a popular spot in the Dockyard area.
  • Abracadabra is almost always alive with dancing and music.
  • Casinos are located at The Keno Palace Casino in Heritage Quay, Royal Antiguan (only slot machines) and St James's Club. The newest is Casino Riviera in Runaway Bay which opened in 1999 with a bar, restaurant and live evening entertainment.

BARBUDA

  • Barbuda is more laid back. Here you will enjoy the peaceful evening breeze and the soothing sound of lapping waves.
  • A romantic walk on the beach is a blissful way to end the sun-filled day.
  • Candlelight dinner as the sun disappears behind the brilliant horizon is also a popular evening pastime.
