Volcanic in origin, Dominica is the largest and
most mountainous of the Windward Islands. Twenty-nine
miles long and 16 miles at its widest, the island
boasts a population of about 71,000.

TO WEAR -
Lightweight, casual clothing is appropriate throughout
the year, with a sweater for the evening or nights
in the mountains. Swimwear is acceptable on beaches
only and should not be worn on the street. Bring
walking shoes and rain gear for rainforest hikes.
